This Early Intervention post within the Youth Diversion Project focuses on working with children aged 8–11 years who may be at risk of engaging in antisocial or harmful behaviours within their communities.

This role focuses on engaging with young people aged 12–17 who are significantly disconnected from conventional lifestyles, routines, and supports. This is a full-time position, 37.5-hour working week across five days. Required to work up to three evenings per week.

The Youth Justice Worker will engage with young people referred to the project due to offending, substance use, or antisocial behaviour. They will support people in making positive life choices, re-engaging with education or training, and developing pro-social behaviours.
