SDC PPN - Invitation to Tender – Facilitator for the Establishment of Linkage Groups

South Dublin County Public Participation Network (SDC PPN) is seeking quotations from suitably qualified individuals or organisations to support the setup and establishment of functioning Linkage Groups across its community, environmental, and social inclusion pillars.

The successful tenderer will:

• Facilitate the design and delivery of engagement processes to establish initial Linkage Groups
• Support the identification of key thematic areas and develop group structures
• Provide documentation and guidance to ensure sustainability and meaningful participation
• Collaborate with the PPN Secretariat and Coordinator to align with national best practice

This work is part of the relaunch of South Dublin County PPN and aims to strengthen member engagement and the representational function of the network.
