Aurora provides residential and day opportunities for adults with Intellectual Disability across community-based accommodation and supports. Aurora has a highly trained and dedicated staff of more than 300 health-care professionals catering to the needs of over 75 adults.

Aurora has been a national leader in the de-congregation process with full-service reconfiguration to a Supported Self-Directed Living model. Aurora’s vision is to develop this service further and to be a national centre of excellence and an employer of choice.

The Chief Executive Officer role will be pivotal in leading Aurora into this next chapter. We are seeking a CEO who has clarity of purpose and is committed to enabling people with disabilities to ‘live their best lives’ in a person centred, community based, socially inclusive manner in accordance with our core values, national standards, and underpinned by quality, best practice and research.

This is an exciting and fulfilling opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic candidate who is willing and able to think beyond ‘service land’ towards lives of inclusivity and citizenship.
