The Finance Assistant - Donations plays a key role in the Finance function at head office & is responsible for recording donations received by GOAL, including GOAL UK & GOAL USA. Donations received are recorded using a Microsoft Dynamics database – ‘CRM’.
This role would ideally suit somebody with experience in direct marketing and regular giving in the NGO sector (charity or agency) or candidates from the private sector with a strong understanding of direct marketing principles and developing customer journeys.
To manage a staff team of trainers, administrators. The key aspects of the role relate to the co-ordination, marketing, sales (trainee recruitment & commercial partnerships), administration, support & management of the Commercial Training section of the organisation.
You work very closely with the local staff - arranging for their recruitment, training, accommodation, contracts, & payment. Our administrators come from a wide range of backgrounds, from management and social sciences to finance and HR professionals.
