• Early Years Workers – Part-time & Full-time positions available
• Team Leader – Full-time (39 hours/week)

Early Years Workers

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a genuine love for working with children and a commitment to child-centred practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children’s learning and development through play
• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and families
• Maintain records and contribute to planning

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education
• Experience in a childcare setting desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Garda Vetting required

Early Years Team Leader

We are also recruiting for a Team Leader to oversee daily operations and lead a small team of practitioners. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience and a passion for quality early years provision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support staff in delivering a high-quality curriculum
• Ensure compliance with Tusla and other regulatory standards
• Liaise with families and external agencies
• Contribute to strategic planning and service development

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 6 in Early Childhood Care & Education (Level 7/8 desirable)
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Garda Vetting required
