Rainbow Community Services are seeking highly motivated & dedicated Night Support Worker to join one of our teams. As a Support Worker on Nights, you will work with young people in our care on a nightly basis; and engage them in service activities as per their care plans.

We are recruiting for an Early Years Childcare Educator (25 hours). A relevant third level qualification in the field of Early Childhood Care & Education, a minimum QQI Level 5 or relevant equivalent is required. A passion for working with young children & their families is essential.

We are recruiting for Social Care Managers, Deputy Managers, Leaders, Workers & Support Worker roles for Daffodil Care Services, Mainstream & Semi-Independent Residential Services and ARCS, Autism & Disability Residential Services & Misty Croft, SCSIP residential services.

We provide medium and long-term Residential care for young people, 13-17 years. We require a Social Care Worker for full time, permanent & relief care positions. Applicants must have diploma or degree in Social Care and 3 years post qualification experience of residential care.

You will provide an individual & group therapeutic service that respond to the needs of birth parents, adopted adults, adults who were boarded out as children & individuals subject to an illegal birth registration who are referred to the service. Contract: Fixed Term to 31st December 2025.

Provide one-on-one support for children, young people, parents & vulnerable adults. Promote independent living for individuals with disabilities. Support foster families & help prevent placement breakdown. Assist young adults transitioning from care to independent living.
