Social Care Worker (35 hours)

The Cáirdeas Centre is an adult day service for people with an intellectual disability whose aim is to support an adult’s presence, participation and contribution in and with the local community.

Location: Cáirdeas Centre CLG

Reports to: Manager

Salary: Depending on experience

Are you caring, hard-working and passionate about supporting people to get the most out of life?

If so then we are looking for you to join our team as a SCW in our Day services.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Level 7/8 degree in Social Care
• Full Clean Driving Licence is essential
• Knowledge of Person-centred Planning/ New Directions
• Excellent report writing and organisational skills
• Demonstrate initiative, good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• High degree of flexibility in responding to service need
