Office Administrator
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Location: Kells, Co. Meath
Summary: This role is ideal for someone seeking part time administration work in an organisation that makes a positive difference in the community.
Role:
To support the administrative requirements of the Finance, Fundraising and HR functions in addition to general office functions.
The role requires at least 5 years’ experience working in an office environment handling a varied workload and working in a collaborative manner with several others. it also requires a high level of IT literacy including use of email, Word, Excel and file sharing systems. Previous charity experience is desirable but not essential.
Salary: €17.03 per hour
Hours of work: 16 hours per week over 4 days from 9am to 1pm (or option to instead work 9.30am to 1.30pm)
Contract type: Fixed term to end December 2025, potential to extend subject to organisational requirements / funding availability
Reporting to: Finance Manager
