Reporting to ICT Applications and Systems Operations Manager

Role Purpose

The ICT Applications and Systems Operations Specialist is responsible for the execution and support of Pobal’s Applications and Systems operations. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and implementing operational strategies that drive continuous technology improvement to meet current demands and support future company growth.

The Specialist will actively contribute to maintaining high standards and ensuring that Pobal's applications and systems infrastructure across all domains comply with business, audit, and relevant regulatory/legislative requirements.

Additionally, the ICT Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the security, monitoring, and support of key ICT infrastructure and systems. This role involves leading strategic initiatives, mentoring junior staff, and drivingcontinuous improvements in ICT operations.

Selection Process

A shortlisting exercise will be employed. Eligible applications will be shortlisted according to how well the experience and skills as described by applicants match the needs of Pobal for this post.
