Role Overview

As Community Employment Supervisor / Drugs Rehabilitation Worker, you’ll:

• Supervise participants in our 3‑step CE scheme (Stabilisation → Progression → Aftercare)
• Develop and deliver vocational, educational, and life‑skills supports
• Work with therapeutic staff and external partners to support recovery
• Maintain records, monitor progression, prepare reports, and liaise with HSE, DSP, GPs, and training providers
• Ensure governance, safeguarding, and best practice are upheld

Person Specification

• Min. 3 years supervising staff (ideally in CE, community development, or substance misuse context)
• Qualifications: NFQ Level 7+ in relevant fields (e.g., addiction studies, counselling)
• Strong communication, motivational, and team‑working skills
• Experience in administration, facilitation, group work, and recovery framework awareness (e.g., NDRIC)
