Programme Coordinator
Contract: One-year fixed term, renewable annually following review and 6 month probation period
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9.30am–5pm (with occasional evenings/weekends, TOIL provided)
Location: Engine Collaboration Centre, Cecil St, Limerick (with some remote and off-site working)
Salary: €32,000 per annum
This role includes participation in Ireland’s upcoming auto-enrolment pension scheme (My Future Fund), in line with new government requirements.
Annual Leave: 24 days

We are now seeking a full-time, motivated, and detail-oriented Programme Coordinator with a passion for youth development and engagement.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Director, the Programme Coordinator will support the administration and delivery of youth-focused programmes and projects that empower young people, schools, and communities. You will assist with our training programme, including facilitating sessions and supporting teachers and youth workers who have previously completed our training and are delivering the Narrative 4 programme,, while also contributing to Narrative 4’s communications and social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, delivery, and administration of youth projects
- Assist in delivering content for training modules to teachers and youth workers (on-site and online)
- Booking trainers & trainees onto courses.
- Answering queries from trainees
- Training administration - spreadsheets updated of trainees progress through training.
- Supporting schools engaged in the Narrative 4 Empathy School Award
- Manage and update social media accounts, including creating graphics.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Director and wider team.

Qualifications & Experience
- A third-level qualification and at least 3 years experience in youth work, community work, or programme coordination role.
- Strong IT and digital skills; confidence with social media is a plus.
