This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who are youth-centred, energetic, and committed to delivering high-quality youth work. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering educational, recreational, and developmental programmes designed to build young people’s capacity, support informed decision-making, and empower them to reach their full potential.
You will be expected to work in alignment with the Better Outcomes, Brighter Futures national framework and deliver youth work services under the UBU Your Place Your Space funding scheme.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who is:
- Passionate about youth work and social justice
- Energetic, innovative, and committed to change
- Skilled in building meaningful relationships with young people and their families
- A strong communicator and collaborator
Essential Criteria:
- A recognised third-level degree in Youth Work, Youth and Community Work, Social Care, or a closely related field.
Desirable Criteria:
- A minimum of two years' full-time experience working with young people in a youth work setting.
- A full, clean driver’s licence.

This role includes scheduled work during evenings and weekends, as well as participation in occasional residential trips.
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
