Join the COLOUR Project Team!


We are recruiting for two key roles to join the COLOUR Project, a four-year, cross-border initiative led by UNICEF Ireland in partnership with UNICEF UK, Kids’ Own Publishing Partnership and Ulster University, and supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). The COLOUR Project will bring primary schools from both sides of the border together to explore children’s rights through creative learning and collaborative research, fostering understanding and positive relationships between communities.

We are currently recruiting for a:


Project Coordinator

To lead and support the COLOUR Project, ensuring smooth delivery of activities, effective partner and funder coordination, and the promotion of child rights, cross-border collaboration, and creative learning.

Contract: Full-time, fixed-term contract for 4 years (aligned with the COLOUR Project’s funding from PEACEPLUS through 2029)

Child Rights Education Officer (Part Time)

To work directly with school clusters along the border, supporting educators and students to engage with child rights education and promoting collaboration and positive relationships across communities.

Contract: part-time (3 days a week), fixed-term contract for 4 years (aligned with the COLOUR Project’s funding from PEACEPLUS through 2029)
