Fold Housing is an approved Housing Body established in 2002. The Association owns and manages a range of social housing properties in the Greater Dublin area catering for frail, older people, people with Dementia, families and single people.

About the Role
We are seeking a Property and Asset Manager to join our Property and Asset Management team. Reporting directly to the Director of Housing and Care Services, this role will be pivotal in supporting Fold to achieve our strategic goals.
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of our Repairs and Asset Management services, ensuring the effective management, maintenance, and long-term sustainability of our expanding housing portfolio. With responsibility for both operational leadership and strategic planning, the Property and Asset Manager will oversee all aspects of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, procurement, and investment planning.
