We are seeking dynamic Youth Justice Workers to join our committed youth team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project that works to break the cycle of disadvantage, support pro-social development, and reduce youth involvement in the justice system. The role is varied and will include some Early Intervention and / or Family Support work.
You will play a key role in supporting young people to realise their full potential, aligning with the Youth Justice Strategy 2021–2027 and the Better Outcomes, Brighter Futures national framework.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who is:
- Passionate about youth work and social justice
- Energetic, innovative, and committed to change
- Skilled in building meaningful relationships with young people and their families
- A strong communicator and collaborator
Essential Requirements
- A recognised third-level qualification (Degree level) in Youth & Community Work, Social Care, or a related discipline
Desirable
- A minimum of 2 years’ full-time experience in a relevant role
- A full, clean driving licence

Terms & Conditions
- Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
- The position requires flexibility, including evening and weekend work, as well as occasional residential trips
