Salary: Scale, starting point circa €42,000 depending on experience

Liffey Area Partnership is seeking a dedicated, driven and compassionate Lifelong Learning Officer to support people aged 16+ to participate in education, training and lifelong learning, facilitating them to achieve their full potential.
What You’ll Do:
As part of our Health and Inclusion team, you'll:
- Support people from a variety of backgrounds to develop personal progression plans linked to their strengths, capacities and interests.
- Design and deliver one-to-one guidance and group-based activities to provide positive learning experiences and increase readiness to participate in education, training and employment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, local training providers, employers, and community groups to connect clients with meaningful opportunities.
- Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and empowerment at every stage of your work.
Who You Are
You’re someone who:
- Has a record of successfully designing, implementing and evaluating adult education initiatives.
- Is a motivated self-starter who also thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Understands the unique challenges faced by people impacted by poverty, educational disadvantage and social exclusion.
- Has an enthusiasm for and belief in the power of community education to transform lives.
- Is familiar with the social context of disadvantaged communities in Dublin and committed to delivering high-quality integrated community services
