The Role:

We are looking for a Manager with experience in Emergency Accommodation. They must be interested in providing a high standard of service to all our users by ensuring a peaceful, welcoming, and caring environment. The Manager will be joining a well-established, high-functioning team, dedicated to providing and maintaining high standards. They will be required to motivate and lead our team, ensuring high performance and positive team morale. The manager will enjoy career development Opportunities.

What will be required:

  • Support the General Manager in all areas of the Business.
  • Extensive experience in people and operations management.
  • Act as the Key Point of contact for Key Stakeholders & Partners involved in the accommodation service.
  • Will oversee Day to day operations in the accommodation service, which will require a highly motivated, experienced people manager to ensure smooth and effective operations.
  • Will encourage a culture of employee engagement through effective and transparent communication and effective people management.
  • Will provide strong leadership and management to team members.
  • Will provide accurate, consistent, and comprehensive reports. Ensuring attention to detail in regard to compliance with relevant regulations, policies, procedures, and systems at all times.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience and knowledge of current emergency accommodation services.
  • Experience in a management role in an accommodation setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to motivate, inspire, and collaborate with the team.
  • Excellent record-keeping with attention to detail and report-writing skills.
  • QQI level 5/6 qualification in a relevant area is desirable but not essential.

Work Authorisation:

Applicants must have the required Work permits and Authorisation to work in Ireland.
