We have a vacancy for a full time Employment Officer within the Employment Services team. The Employment Officer will be required to deliver focused and tailored employment supports to programme participants from across SDC Partnership’s programme areas.

You must have a positive attitude towards supporting older persons and help to ensure that they are supported with individual needs and have a positive outcome to their day in the Day Centre. The role is part-time - 22 hours p.w. over 4 days (Monday – Thursday).

The Night Support Worker will report directly to the Rathgar STA Manager, will be a member of, and work collaboratively with the Rathgar STA staff team, wider NOVAS services, external service providers & local authorities in the region. This role is 20 hours per week.

The Night Support Worker (30 hours per week) will have a background in Social Care, minimum level 5, with training or experience in the areas of Homeless Services and will be expected to work within the relevant frameworks of quality standards or legislation.

The Project Worker (40 hours per week) will report directly to the Rathgar STA Project Manager, will be a member of, and work collaboratively with the Bella House staff team, wider NOVAS services, external service providers and local authorities in the region.

The Deputy Manager (40 hours per week) is responsible for managing and supervising staff, maintaining a high standard of service delivery, ensuring that the service provision is person centred, effective, safe & promotes positive health & wellbeing for clients.

The role of the Administrator / Bookkeeper (25 hours per week) is to support the Manager in managing all financial and accounting related aspects of the business, including the day to day operation and maintenance of Centre’s financial and accounting systems.
