Bus Éireann in collaboration with the National Transport Authority, is delighted to be expanding the pilot Independent Travel Support service to Drogheda and Dundalk and is recruiting for two members of this brand new team, offering a starting salary of €40k.

This initiative empowers individuals with additional needs, helping them gain confidence and independence in using public transport. As a Travel Assistant, you’ll play a key role in transforming lives through travel.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum two years working with individuals with additional needs or in Social Care.
• Knowledge: Awareness of disability-related issues.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and adaptability to outdoor work.
• Compliance: Garda vetting is mandatory for this role.
