The purpose of this role is to coordinate, deliver and maintain efficient and professional administration systems for the Education team in BITCI, with a specific focus on our post-primary programmes.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Permanent role, subject to a 6-month probationary period.
  • Role is based in our office in Phibsborough, Dublin 7 (this is a hybrid role, with in-office attendance expected 2-3 days per week)

  • This role requires experience in administrative tasks including minute-taking, diary management, organising meetings, taking phone calls and responding to email queries, maintaining and organising filing (digital and physical), regular communications, ordering office supplies, photocopying and printing and report formatting (having regard to our branding and templates).
  • This role ensures the smooth functioning of the office environment and the most efficient operational flow of the work of the team. Communications needs include broadly to the team and also ensuring regular check ins with programme leads.
  • IT skills requires are a high level of proficiency in the range of Microsoft Office programmes e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and digital design (including Canva or Adobe photoshop or similar). In addition, experience in CRM systems such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience is required in event administration and survey management: organising events and the production and distribution of surveys and data management of results.
  • This role is also responsible for leading and managing the delivery of our Industry Insights for Teachers programme, which is a programme that showcases companies and roles/career routes to educators across a series of webinars/seminars across the academic year.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal is required.
