Kilmore West Youth Project is looking to recruit a Youth Justice Worker (12-17 years).

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, creative individuals to apply for the above role. Kilmore West Youth Project (KWYP) is a community-based youth and family service governed by a voluntary board of directors. We provide a range of supports and services to meet the needs of young people and families in the area. We work from a strong values base, including equality, empowerment and respect. We have grown as a service over the last year and are now looking for an individual to come join our growing organisation. In KWYP we value and support all our employees. We understand that this work can be difficult at times and the issues effecting the participants we work with can be complex, we therefore encourage self-care practices and support one another through teamwork, debrief sessions, supervision, check ins and training. There will also be a robust and supportive probation process. We adhere to the Department of Education Salary Scale, implement public sector pay rises and yearly increments. Reporting To: Kilmore YDP Project Leader
Starting Date: ASAP
Annual Leave: 23 days
