The purpose of this position is to support the continued development of the KTCM and the KTCM board of management to implement the KTCM Community Development Project and contribute to the objectives of the Community Development Programme nationally.
As part of the Training & Development team, to design, deliver & promote training & awareness sessions about Domestic Violence and Abuse using in-person, online & blended modes of delivery, to a variety of key stakeholders from groups, agencies, companies & individuals.

Responsible for clerical & administration duties to support the Development Manager & regional management team in a wide range of activities. Key tasks include responsibility for secretarial, administration, and financial records processing for the assigned office.

Candidates must have managerial experience in one of the following sectors: 1. Social Care, 2. Community Development, 3. Hospitality, 4. Other similar or comparable industry. Should possess the following skills: Staff supervision, client relations & property maintenance.
