Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of women and children affected by domestic abuse? Do you believe in trauma-informed, empowerment-based support? Teach Tearmainn is seeking a skilled and compassionate Case Worker on a part-time basis to join our Outreach and Community Services team.
Location: Naas
Contract: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Annual Leave: 100 hours per annum (25 days pro rata)
Salary: €20,707 per annum (€38,825 pro rata).

About the Role
This is a dynamic, client-facing role supporting women experiencing domestic violence across County Kildare. You’ll provide emotional and practical support, facilitate one to one sessions as well as structured support groups (including Own My Life and TLC Kidz), deliver awareness training (Purple Hand Bystander), and advocate for women’s rights in legal, housing, and community contexts.
