FirstLight is seeking an ambitious and motivated person to be our new

Head of Fundraising

Join our team and help us provide supports and services to anyone who needs FirstLight following the death of their child. This is a new role offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fundraising expert to establish and develop a sustainable strategy to support deeply purposeful and crucial services and supports for families across the country.

You will be an excellent communicator with a passion for collaboration, partnership, and building relationships, and extensive experience driving sustainable income growth across diverse sources.

Join dedicated and enthusiastic colleagues and a highly committed Board as we prepare for our 50th Anniversary in 2026 and help us make a significant difference in the lives of families across Ireland.

This is a new role with an initial contract of 3 years for 32 hours per week, with an annual salary of €60,000

A strong understanding of and empathy with FirstLight’s mission and objectives is essential to this role. We are a values-driven organisation and work based on integrity and service. FirstLight is based in Dublin 7 with a highly flexible hybrid working model.
