CASPr is a community education organisation in Dublin’s North East Inner City working with children, families, adults and the wider community. CASPr was established in 1995 and has over 30 years’ experience within the NEIC community. Our mission is “To counter educational disadvantage in Dublin’s North East Inner City, in order to contribute to the elimination of poverty in our community”

CASPr has two new grant funded projects to implement in 2025/2026. The Daphne-Child project ‘Listen to us and the NEIC diversity project ‘United Voices’.

The Daphne-CHILD programme is a collaborative initiative led by Eurochild and Terre des hommes (Tdh). Their mission is to empower grassroots civil society organisations (CSOs) to combat violence against children through a comprehensive 3-year sub-granting and capacity-building programme.

The NEIC Initiative commenced in July 2016, when the Government launched a major initiative to oversee the long-term social and economic regeneration of Dublin’s North East Inner City. At its core, the NEIC Initiative works towards making the North East Inner City a safe, attractive and vibrant living and working environment for the community and its families, with opportunities for all to lead full lives.
