The Project Worker will strive to support children, young people and families by delivering an integrated family support service to the community.
QUALIFICATIONS : Third Level Qualification ( minimum QQI level 7) e.g. family support studies, community development, social care or another relevant qualification at this level
EXPERIENCE: a minimum of 2 years employment working with people providing one to one / group supports
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:-
- Exemplary communication skills
- Good knowledge of the Tusla model of Prevention, Partnership and Family support including the Meitheal Process
- Delivery of services/supports to the community & individuals
- Excellent IT, administrative, report writing & data skills
- Have a community based approach
- Ability to provide one to one / group supports
- Uphold good practice and values
- Hold a current clean driving licence and have own vehicle.
Garda vetting is mandatory
