Youth Engagement Officer
UNICEF Ireland is seeking a passionate Youth Engagement Officer who will play a key role in strengthening our work with children and young people across Ireland.
Reporting to the Head of Child Rights Education and Advocacy, this is an exciting opportunity to support youth participation initiatives, facilitate meaningful engagement at all levels, and amplify young people’s voices in public dialogue and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in youth participation or advocacy and be committed to creating inclusive, empowering spaces where young people can thrive and drive change.
Hours: 37.5 per week | Contract: Fixed-term until June 2026

Child Rights Education Officer
UNICEF Ireland is seeking an enthusiastic Child Rights Education Officer who will play a key role in empowering schools around Ireland to become vibrant, rights-respecting communities.
Reporting to the Head of Child Rights Education and Advocacy, this is an exciting opportunity to engage directly with educators and students, support programme growth, and contribute to international collaboration and innovation in child rights education.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in education or rights-based projects and be passionate about empowering children and educators to create change.
Hours: 37.5 per week | Contract: Fixed-term (maternity cover) until June 2026
