Reports to: Senior Services Manager
Accountable to: COO
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Due to expansion of our Service, we are recruiting for a Residential Services Manager. Are you caring, hard-working and passionate about supporting people to get the most out of life? If so then we are looking for you to join our team as a Residential Services Manager on a full time permanent basis.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 7/8 degree in Social Care
- Possess minimum level 6 in management
- Minimum two years management experience
- Possess full clean driving license
- Knowledge of Person-centered Planning
- Excellent report writing and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of HIQA
- Demonstrate initiative, good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- High degree of flexibility in responding to service need
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work on own initiative.
