Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

​Due to expansion of our Service, we are recruiting for a Residential Services Manager. Are you caring, hard-working and passionate about supporting people to get the most out of life? If so then we are looking for you to join our team as a Residential Services Manager on a full time permanent basis.

​Qualifications and Experience:

  • Level 7/8 degree in Social Care
  • Possess minimum level 6 in management
  • Minimum two years management experience
  • Possess full clean driving license
  • Knowledge of Person-centered Planning
  • Excellent report writing and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of HIQA
  • Demonstrate initiative, good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • High degree of flexibility in responding to service need
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work on own initiative.
