Munster Mediation Services

Munster Mediation provides services to those who wish to pursue Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as part of, or instead of litigation.
Our services are provided to couples separating or divorcing; employees with grievances; people engaged in commercial disputes and other matters where the parties are open to resolving the matter in a low-cost and timely manner as opposed to lengthy and costly litigation.

Mediation is a confidential and non-prejudicial way or resolving disputes (if mediation fails to produce and agreement amongst the parties, they are always free to pursue litigation or other available avenues of relief).

Mediation is interest-based – not rights-based. This is to say that there will be no judge or jury involved – only the parties and the mediator whose job it is to help the parties in conflict explore ways to resolve the dispute outside of court or arbitration.

Mediation agreements, signed by the parties, are legally binding, however, ensuring that whatever is agreed to in mediation is enforceable by all of the parties involved.

Our highly trained, skilled and experienced mediators are available to assist you in either our Cork office or in your community across Munster and throughout Ireland.
