The Southside Local Employment Service is a free, confidential and personal service for long-term unemployed and those in danger of becoming long-term unemployed.

Our mission statement is to make meaningful progression through education, training, work experience, job placement, self-employment support, social economy projects and labour market interventions.

Services offered:

• Mediation - preparation for interviews, job seeking skills
• Employment support
• Career guidence - Assistance to identify and set realistic career path and to guide into relevant training and education programmes to progress career plan
• Information - Social Welfare Entitlements and Incentives, Job Vacancies, Education and Training options
• C.V. Preparation, assistance with letters of application and in the completion of application forms.
