Dogs for the Disabled

About Dogs for the Disabled

Dogs for the Disabled is a unique charity founded in 2007 to improve the lives of children and adults living with physical disabilities in Ireland. We are comprised mainly of volunteers and we receive no government funding to provide our service.

About Our Dogs

Dogs for the Disabled dogs are specially trained to assist physically disabled children and adults to carry out a range of practical tasks and to provide stability when needed. Each dog is trained to cater for the needs of their specific partner to enable them to live life with greater independence. See what our amazing dogs can do!
