Changing Ireland aims to enable projects to network more effectively and to assist in promoting the profile of the Community Development Programme and of community development in general.

It is intended to be readable and interesting and written by community workers in various parts of the country - so that it reflects the experience of tackling poverty and exclusion at community level.
