The mission statement of Rossinver Community Development Company (RCDC) is: To make Rossinver a better place to live and work in.

With the help of various funding agencies RCDC has restored the old Ballagh Church and converted it into the New Ballagh Centre, which is used as a community training centre.



There is a craft school and an I.T. school operating in the Centre. These aim to provide affordable and locally available courses to the local community.
