Three Steps is a social care based, trauma and attachment informed, clinically supported residential care service provider.

We have a number of Children’s Residential Centres for children and young people in care. We also provide residential services to children, young people, and adults with disability. All our services are currently located in Dublin and Meath.

Three Steps is committed to providing an outcomes based therapeutic residential service to children, young people and their families. We will achieve this through comprehensive multi-disciplinary assessment, and needs based individual plans, within an integrated therapeutic environment, i.e "enhancing the unique potential of all those in our care".

We believe that everyone has the ability to change and to flourish. We see problems as opportunities to learn, develop and grow. All young people and their families have strengths and skills that can be nurtured and we will work to support these strengths.
