The Health & Wellbeing Worker is responsible for delivery of bespoke mental health and addiction support services, supporting NOVAS clients with complex needs as part of the Health and Recovery services. This role is 40 hours per week & Indefinite Duration contract.

The Midwest Community Detox Project Worker will require a minimum of Level 7 Ordinary Degree or higher (National Framework of Qualifications) in Social Care or another allied health profession. Registration as a Social Care Worker with CORU will also be considered.

Develop positive relationships with residents and maintain a visible, approachable presence throughout the day. Support residents in understanding and adapting to shared living expectations and centre routines. Monitor resident wellbeing through informal check-ins.

The key responsibility of this role is to research pastoral, liturgical and missionary needs at Parish, Pastoral Unit and Diocesan levels and develop, implement and evaluate a suite of relevant programmes. Access to own transport & full clean driving licence are essential.

The Recovery Education facilitator will support the development and delivery of recovery education across Mid West Community Healthcare. To co-facilitate the delivery of a wide range of recovery education programmes in the Mid West both face to face and online.

The Project Worker is responsible for supporting clients, sourcing appropriate housing options for clients, supporting clients to move into & sustain their accommodation for a period of time. Includes day and evening work (8-hour shifts), weekend work (8/15-hour shifts).
