We are now seeking a quotation/estimate from suitably qualified individuals/consultants to lead the Sub-committee and NSP Leadership team in developing the strategy and a comprehensive plan to support Preparing for Life Home Visiting as an evolving social enterprise in the next stage of its growth and development. Preparing for Life (PFL) Home Visiting is an evidence based, early intervention and prevention programme developed by Northside Partnership (for more information, please see: www.preparingforlife.ie )

The programme works with families from pregnancy to age five with regular home visits. Having operated successfully for several years, PFL has recently undergone significant growth and has scaled to a number of sites across Ireland and in the United States with growing interest from other international sites. As we expand into new areas, we aim to ensure long-term sustainability while preserving the core ethos and programme fidelity that has driven success of the programme. The selected consultant will provide expert guidance to Northside Partnership in scaling responsibly, refining our strategy, and strengthening our impact.
