The SICDATF is seeking a tender proposal for a consultant/organisation to evaluate the Cocaine and Crack Cocaine a Heath-led approach project (CCCHLA).

The Drug and Alcohol Task Forces are committed to implementing the goals of Government policy on drug and alcohol use as set out in the National Drugs Strategy (NDS) Reducing Harm, Supporting Recovery 2017 – 2025. The foundation for the strategy is the Healthy Ireland Framework. The strategy aims to promote healthier lifestyles within society and encourage people to make healthier choices around drug and alcohol use.

Objectives of Consultancy

The SICDATF wishes to engage a consultant to evaluate the CCCHLA project. The objective of the evaluation will be to determine that the funding was employed as per the funding criteria; to identify if the project met the needs of service users; to address blocks and gaps in the project; to determine that the project offered a continuum of care and a range of interventions and supports to the target group; to make recommendations to support development and the sustainability of the project; how to imbed the learning across services in SICDATF.
