No. 1 Project Manager in Regenerative Agriculture

No. 2 Communications/Administrative Coordinator

We're hiring two new team members to join BASE Ireland, as the lead partner in the BASE-Line European Innovation Partnership (EIP) Restoring Soil Health and Enhancing Biodiversity through Regenerative Agriculture. This ambitious 4.5-year project is co-funded by the European Union and the Department of Agriculture, Food and Marine (DAFM). We are looking for a passionate and skilled Project Manager in Regenerative Agriculture and a Communications & Administrative Coordinator to deliver this exciting EIP.

Project Manager in Regenerative Agriculture (Full-Time):

You will lead initiatives focused on regenerative agriculture. You'll be responsible for coordinating various work packages, and managing all reporting to the DAFM for this EIP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the project team and the EIP Operational Group.
  • Oversee the implementation of all EIP work packages.
  • Manage all project reporting (technical and financial) and lead on all DAFM liaison.

Requirements:

• At least six years of project management experience, preferably in farming or the environmental sector.
• Background in agriculture (preferably regenerative agriculture), biodiversity, or sustainable land use.

Salary & Contract: Up to €65,000 per annum with a 4.25-year fixed purpose contract.

Communications & Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time - 3 days per week):

You will be responsible for all communication and administrative functions of the EIP. You'll coordinate stakeholder engagement, including farmer-led workshops and demo days, and manage financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all communications and administrative functions, and coordinate stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate all financial recording and reporting.

Requirements:

• At least five years’ experience in project administration, media relations and materials development.
  • Proficient in digital communication, including website content management.

Salary & Contract: Up to €25,000 per annum with a 4.25-year fixed purpose contract.
