Job Summary

The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) is seeking to put together an experienced team of Fundraising talent. We are looking for individuals with experience in the sector at various levels from Fundraising Executive up to Director Level. If you have worked in raising funds from Corporate, Individual giving, Legacy or Government sources we would like to talk to you.

To work with us we ask for the following

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate fundraising, business development, or sales.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and donors.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using fundraising databases and software.
  • Passion for animal welfare and the mission of the ISPCA.
