We are currently recruiting for the position of Assistant LTI Coordinator with our Shaping Futures Programme. Shaping Futures is an innovative training and development initiative aimed at people who are long-term unemployed.
We expect the Local Training Initiative (LTI) Assistant Coordinator to support the provision of high quality training and support to the learners on our Shaping Futures LTI programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with the right mix of skills, knowledge, insight and experience to join our Training Team based at the INOU’s Learning Hub at 88 – 90 Townsend Street, Dublin 2.
The successful candidate will play an important role in the delivery and development of this key programme. Duties include assisting in the delivery of programmes leading to QQI awards; assisting with the recruitment of the learners; acting in a support role to learners; identifying and sourcing internships / work placements for learners; and in conjunction with the LTI Coordinator developing training materials / modules.
