Salary: Scale, starting point circa €50,000 depending on experience

Liffey Area Partnership is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Employment Pathways Specialist to support individuals in recovery as they take positive steps toward employment and further education.
What You’ll Do
As part of our Health and Inclusion team, you'll:
- Support people in recovery to build confidence and "recovery capital" through personal progression plans.
- Deliver one-to-one guidance and group-based activities to increase employability.
- Work with individuals who are drug-free and ready to engage in education, training or work.
- Collaborate with local employers, addiction services, and community agencies to connect clients with meaningful opportunities.
- Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and empowerment at every stage of your work.
Who You Are
You’re someone who:
- Has experience working with individuals overcoming barriers to employment
- Is a motivated self-starter who also thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Understands the unique challenges faced by people with a history of substance use and brings a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach.
- Communicates clearly and credibly with clients, funders, and partner organisations.
- Is familiar with the social context of disadvantaged communities in Dublin and committed to delivering high-quality community services.
