We are recruiting the following positions:

Mental Health Tenancy Sustainment Worker x 2 
(2 year fixed term)

This role is to provide Mental Health Tenancy Sustainment Services to our supported HAIL tenants who present with complex mental health diagnosis. Case manage and respond to the changing needs of tenants in partnership with HSE mental health services and HAILs Housing team

Prison In-Reach Housing Support Worker

This role is to support individuals in accessing appropriate accommodation in the community on release from custody
