Job Title: HOUSE LEADER

L’Arche Cork currently has a vacancy for the role of House Leader. The House Leader reports to the Person in Charge and is an integral part of the Houses Coordination Team which is made up of the House Leaders of the 5 homes and the two Persons in Charge.

Upholding the ethos of L’Arche and supporting its Mission, Vision and Values and ongoing growth and development is integral to the role.

Salary: €38,033- €50,854

Contract: Full-time, permanent, after successful completion of 6 months’ probation.

Location: A residential home in the South Lee catchment area.

Qualification: A minimum of level 7 Social Care qualification or Social Care Degree.

Other: Full licence preferable.
