Job Opportunity: SICAP Lifelong Learning Manager

• Location: DSCP Head Office, Crumlin, Dublin 12
• Contract: Fixed-Term (to December 2028)
• Salary: €48,000 – €63,500 (Project Senior Manager Scale)
• Closing Date: Thursday, 25th July 2025

Dublin South City Partnership is seeking an experienced and dynamic SICAP Lifelong Learning Manager to lead the delivery of lifelong learning and education actions under the Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) 2024–2028.

As part of the DSCP Leadership Team, the successful candidate will oversee the design, coordination, and evaluation of innovative educational initiatives aimed at tackling social exclusion, poverty, and inequality in the South Dublin City area. This role includes staff management, inter-agency collaboration, budget oversight, and strategic planning.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with:

• At least 5 years’ experience working on social exclusion or educational disadvantage
• A third-level qualification in a relevant field
• Proven staff management skills and project delivery experience
• A strong track record in working with communities to address systemic inequality
