The Salvation Army, one of the largest faith-based organisations in the world, is currently recruiting for an Employability Practitioner for their Dublin based team. The successful applicant will provide tailored employability support to those in need across the city. Our goal is to ensure that participants achieve their goals and transform their lives.

Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience within the employability sector, an ability to manage a caseload of participants and work within the Employment Plus Quality Framework. Applicants should be able to build a caseload of participants by promoting the service with a range of referral partners.

Applicants must be digitally literate with knowledge of MS Teams and other MS Office apps.

The successful applicant will be supported to complete the IEP Level 3 Certificate in Employability Practice

• Full Time (35 hours per week)
• Permanent position
• €39,542.00 per year
