Front Desk Administrator

We are a community-based non-profit organisation who are passionate about enhancing the lives of local children and families through education and support. Togher Family Centre has been serving the Togher community for more than 50 years. We offer a wide range of services including Early Years Education, Youth Services, Counselling, Child Contact and Family Support.

Key responsibilities of this role are:
- Administrative task management
- Visitor management
- Fee management
- Ordering stock
- Room booking & Room for Hire System
- Counselling Service Administration
- Administrative support to the staff of TFC
Key Candidate Requirements:
Technical requirements:
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Excellent knowledge of visitor management systems * (child safety and security, responsibility to ensure safety is managed due to building access)
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk administrator is not required
- Ability to demonstrate a capacity to work in collaboration with others (colleagues, service users, management and stakeholders)
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of what's is required to work in a customer facing role as part of a community organisation
Qualification:
- Any qualification that demonstrates organisational abilities and experience of a customer facing role

What would the job involve?
We are currently recruiting for a Front Desk Administrator
- Hours of Work: This is a full-time position (35 hours per week)
- Salary Per Annum: (€24,900 to €27,000 dependent on contract type)
- This is a permanent contract with a 6-month probationary period
