Job Location: Priorswood House, Dublin 17, Ireland
Hours of work: 37 hours (flexibility over 7 day week, required)
Contract: One-year initial fixed term contract and is subject to funding.
Probation Period: 6 months
Salary: 28-30K
PACE is a voluntary sector organisation with a 55-year history of providing services that include Prevention, Accommodation, Training and Employment for people with criminal convictions. Our programmes are particularly beneficial to supporting people who have served lengthy custodial sentences in their transition from prison to community-based living. Aiding their safe reintegration into society.
PACE is seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Office Administrator to undertake a variety of administrative tasks as agreed and directed by the Accommodation Services Manager (ASM). The person appointed will have a minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role.
We seek a motivated person, who will work alongside our ASM to provide administrative support as required for the effective and efficient operation of PACE Accommodation Service.
Duties will include:
- Coordinate with the ASM on compliance and governance reporting.
- Assist ASM with maintaining an overview of in-house finance.
- Assist in all organisational data management using Salesforce CRM.
- Assist with monthly audits on Salesforce.
- Assist ASM with funding applications as needed.
- Ensure monthly activity targets are met in conjunction with our KPI's
- Manage day to day administration in all areas worked in as assigned by the ASM.
- Attend all meetings, mandatory training and in-service training days.
Skills/Experience and Personal Attributes
- Experience of working in a social care environment would be an advantage, however not essential. This role might suit someone with strong Administrative Skills who is interested in pursuing a career in the social care sector.
- Administrative Experience: A minimum of 2 years of administration experience, ensuring you can jump right into the role.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to keep things running smoothly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities paired with keen attention to detail, ensuring all interactions and documents are clear and accurate.
- Time Management: Ability to work to deadlines and produce results.
- Multi-tasking Ability: You’re able to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and maintain high standards.
- Talent: Strong interpersonal and organisational skills to help keep the office running efficiently.
