Rehabilitation Community Employment Supervisor required.

The role of the CE Supervisor will be to lead the Rehabilitation department within the project.

Major areas of responsibility include ensuring trainees are met regularly regarding their training needs, work experience and development throughout their time on the project. This will include keyworking, care planning and case management.

The CE Supervisor will be required to Liaise with the DSP officer regarding all aspects of the scheme, identifying and organising of training and educational programmes relevant to each individual and updating and maintaining ILP files.

Support senior management and staff in all strategic training decision making.

Applicant must have good knowledge of DSP and all training related agencies.

Applicant must have a minimum of level 6 Major award.

Applicant must have skills in Microsoft Office.
