Ballyfermot Chapelizod Partnership CLG on behalf of the Dublin City Community Local Area Employment Services (DCCLAES) is inviting applications for Employment Guidance Officer (EGO) roles across our delivery locations in Dublin 1, 8, 10 &12.

The DCCLAES is a consortium partnership between Ballyfermot Chapelizod Partnership CLG and Dublin South City Partnership (DSCP) CLG. This joint venture has secured from the Department of Social Protection the contract to deliver employment services in the Dublin City area for the next four years.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality local area employment service, empowering individuals and communities experiencing poverty and unemployment in Dublin City.

DCCLAES is seeking applications from candidates who possess the passion, skills, experience and commitment to provide support to those most distanced from the labour market. DCCLAES require our EGO to provide a quality of service that will support individuals along the pathway to employment and enable individuals to reconsider work, learning and life in the light of new information, skills and work experiences , and to take action to reach their full potential .
