Who we are

At WeProtect Global Alliance, we believe every child deserves a digital world where they can explore, learn and connect safely, free from the threat of sexual exploitation and abuse. But that future won’t build itself. It requires global collaboration, real accountability, and people like you.

The role

We’re looking for a Membership Manager – Member Services to help us power and grow one of the most unique and diverse alliances in the world. With 300+ members across governments, tech companies, and civil society, our reach is global and so is our ambition.

This is a high-impact, people-first role. You’ll be at the heart of our member community: connecting partners, coordinating working groups, shaping engagement strategies, and ensuring every member has the tools and opportunity to make a difference.

This could be the right role for you if you...

  • Have a background in membership or relationship management, stakeholder engagement or alliance coordination.
  • Can hold your own in a conversation with diplomats, NGO leaders, tech experts, and policy makers and help them find common ground.
  • Are passionate about child protection, digital safety, and using collaboration to drive systems-level change.

You’ll be joining a small, purpose-driven team working remotely across the UK and will be our first ever employee in Ireland. You’ll have autonomy, flexibility, and a voice in shaping how we engage with the people and organisations working to protect children online.

We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive organisation. We actively welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, including those of different ages, genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, abilities, and lived experiences. We particularly encourage applications from individuals who are part of communities that are under-represented in our sector, including Black, Asian and other ethnic minorities, disabled people, and LGBTQ+ individuals.
